2. Order cancellation by Sattyo Foods
Sattyo Foods (operating sattyo.com) reserves the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part, before or after confirmation,
where we are unable to fulfil the order or where cancellation is otherwise reasonably necessary. Grounds may include, without
limitation:
- The product (or quantity ordered) is unavailable, out of stock, or cannot be sourced in time to meet a reasonable dispatch window.
- A pricing, listing, or stock error on sattyo.com.
- Payment authorization fails, is reversed, or is flagged as high-risk; or we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use of a payment method, or other payment irregularity.
- The delivery address or pin code is incomplete, invalid, or non-serviceable, or other delivery constraints prevent fulfilment.
- Force majeure events (including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, epidemics, or regulatory restrictions) that prevent us from completing the order.
- We reasonably believe the order violates our Terms & Conditions or applicable law, or any other legitimate operational, legal, or safety reason prevents fulfilment as placed.
Where we cancel an order (in whole or in part), we will notify you promptly using the email address and/or phone number
provided at checkout or registered with your account, and we will state a valid reason for the cancellation.
Prepaid orders: For amounts already paid toward a cancelled order or cancelled portion, we will initiate a
refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation (see Section 7). Your bank,
UPI app, card issuer, or payment gateway (including super.money Breeze, where applicable) may take additional time to credit
the funds after we initiate the refund.
Cash on delivery (COD): If COD is offered for an order and we cancel before delivery, no payment will be
collected and the order will be closed. Cash on delivery is not currently offered for standard online orders on sattyo.com.
Partial cancellation: If only some items in an order are cancelled, we will refund only the amounts
attributable to the cancelled items (and any related charges that no longer apply). The remaining items will continue to be
processed and shipped in the ordinary course.
Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer
Protection Act, 2019, and rules made thereunder.
3. Returns eligibility (food products)
Packaged food items that have been opened, consumed, or stored improperly are generally not eligible for
change-of-mind returns. We accept return / replacement requests in the following cases:
- Damaged in transit: crushed packs, leakage, or broken seals clearly caused during shipping.
- Wrong item delivered: product received does not match the order confirmation.
- Missing item: an ordered SKU is missing from the package.
- Expired / near-expiry beyond stated quality: product received past best-before date, or with quality issues attributable to us (assessed case by case).
Change-of-mind returns for sealed, undamaged food products are reviewed case by case only if the order has not been dispatched,
or if we expressly approve a return request in writing before you ship anything back.
9. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you face a payment debit without order confirmation, contact us first with the payment reference / Breeze payment reference. Raising
an unnecessary chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We cooperate with super.money Breeze and banks to resolve genuine
payment issues.
10. Grievance redressal
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a cancellation, return, or refund request, you may escalate to our Grievance
Officer (details on the Contact page). We aim to acknowledge grievances within
48 hours and resolve them within 30 days where reasonably possible.
